In response to concerns regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we feel it’s important to proactively communicate with you and share the steps we are taking to keep our community of clients and staff healthy and safe.
As the situation is evolving, we are actively monitoring information as provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and the Departments of Health. We have also contacted their COVID-19 hotline to ensure that the enacted policies and protocols are in accordance with the latest information.
Based on their guidance, we have established additional pre-screening, onsite sterilization and client medical safety protocols:
- Enhanced pre-screening to uncover potential COVID-19 risks
- Triage protocols for fever screening prior to facility entry
- Increased cleaning protocols with stringent sterilization efforts
- Ongoing illness monitoring by medical staff
Our medical team is prepared to assess any signs of illness and work with our operations team to take appropriate action including executing a stringent protocol around communication, sterilization and containment.
